The workshop was built in 1988 with a construction area of 1,785 square meters. Among which, the main workshop is 1,143 square meters ,and the subsidiary workshop is 642 square meters (including raw material preparation section, secondary squeezing section, condensate water recycling section, cold air section).
The concentrating equipment is introduced the full set of production line from Sweden Alfa Laval Co., Ltd with total value of USD 2,620,000. It is designed with processing ability of 8 tons per hour.
The concentrating main equipment (CT9) adopts vacuum low-temperature concentration with evaporating temperature of 50℃. It can improve the quality of the juice concentrate by guaranteed maximum nutrients and colors of the juice.
Recovering Smell Equipment can recover the evaporated aroma during concentrating. The aroma can be used for essence by extracting or put into the juice to keep the original aroma of the juice concentrate.
Aseptic filler is the patent product of Alfa-Laval. It is combined with pasteurization to form full closed automatic filling to effectively keep the quality and aseptic state of the juice and to further extend the she lf-life.
